Returns & Refunds Made Easy

We want you to love your order, but if it’s not the vibe — we got you.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is damaged

• You received the wrong product

• It's unused and in original condition

• Your order ID

• A clear photo of the issue

• What you’d prefer (refund, exchange)

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund in 5–7 business days.

• Prepaid orders: refunded to your original method

• COD orders: we’ll contact you for bank details

⚠️ We don’t accept returns on worn or washed items.
⚠️ Customers will need to self-ship the item unless damaged on arrival.
